Château La Fleur
In the Montagne Saint Emilion appellation, Château La Fleur is produced at the headquarters of the estate. The vinification of this wine takes place in thermo-regulated concrete vats and then aging in wood takes place for about a year.
Varieties and constitution
On clay-silty soil, this wine is a blend mainly of Merlot, and Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Château La Fleur J&C Paillé, Montagne Saint Emilion, has a very attractive nose of red fruits and fine vanilla notes. The mouth is well structured with pretty elegant tannins and good length.
