This wine comes from a single site in our vineyard, in the commune of Montagne. Harvested at full maturity, these grapes are vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete vats. The 12-month aging is also done in vats.
Mainly composed of Merlot, the grapes come from vines planted on a small valley, in clay-limestone soil.
Château Carlina, Montagne Saint Emilion, is a smooth and supple wine. The nose is fruity and slightly vanilled, the mouth is elegant with velvety tannins.
