La Fleur au Fusil

While remaining within the “floral” theme, La Fleur au Fusil is a range of sweet extravagance to offer atypical and friendly wines !

The label is a nod to our friend Serge, Julien’s mentor in the vines, and to our dog, Orane. The creation belongs to the daughter of a friend, Aude L. who put all her knowledge and patience at our disposal !

Varieties and constitution

We produce a press rosé from the Cabernet Franc grape variety.

Tasting notes

The pressing method gives the rosé more marked and finer aromas of red fruits. Another interest of this process is to keep a lightness and a nice freshness in the mouth.
