La Fleur au Fusil Rosé

Fresh, fruity, and delicious, La Fleur au Fusil is a collection of wines that celebrate indulgence and intense, immediate pleasure.

For the white and rosé wines, the grapes are harvested earlier than for red wine. For the white, the grapes are pressed immediately, and the juice is then fermented in tanks. For the rosé, the process is similar, with one additional step: maceration in the press, which extracts some color from the grape skins.

Variety and Soils

Both wines are made from Cabernet Franc grapes grown on clay-loam soils.

Tasting Notes

The first aroma you’ll notice is the crisp, red fruit, like strawberry. Then, the balance between fruit and acidity is its strongest point.
